Only complaint I have is they WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE you have to leave a message then they call you back which in our case her regular doctor needs to speak with them right then not when they find it convenient to call back
I saw Dr Lim in the hospital in February. My hospitalist recommended a follow up with a neurologist after discharge. My PCP also recommended one and sent a referral for me to see Dr Lim. I haven’t heard a word from their office. I have called twice since then and left a message to call me to schedule an appointment. I have yet to receive a return phone call. Customer service is poor. There are no appointment reminders, calls are never answered by a live person, and messages are not returned.
The best care and Staff including the Doctors are excellent.10 stars
