After my 20-year-old daughter had a seizure, her doctor referred her here. It took more than three weeks to get a return phone call to set up an appointment. Then the appointment was something like 23 days later. They recommended tests, which she did immediately. A month later, we're still waiting for results.

I have nothing but good things to say about the experience I had with Dr. Zhou and his staff at the TriStar facility in Hermitage. After being referred here by my foot doctor, I got an appointment quickly, there was no wait when I arrived, and all the staff members I encountered were pleasant and caring. Dr. Zhou was thorough in his examination and I appreciated his professional demeanor. If I could leave negative stats I would. My primary sent a referral in early July and it took me over a month of calling to finally get scheduled. Whoever is in charge of scheduling has zero sense of urgency, and always answers the phone with an attitude. Maybe if they actually called their patients with referrals to get them scheduled, they wouldn't be so miserable. I've been going here for about 2 years. This place is very unorganized. They have unprofessional ladies working the front desk. I have sat in the waiting room & listened to these ladies talk bad about patients in front of patients who can hear. I have went two times recently & said I would have 3-day study scheduled with the hospital. That never happened, I let my Doctor know the most recent time I was there that they never called & she said she would reach out.
