I saw Dr Lim in the hospital in February. My hospitalist recommended a follow up with a neurologist after discharge. My PCP also recommended one and sent a referral for me to see Dr Lim. I haven’t heard a word from their office. I have called twice since then and left a message to call me to schedule an appointment. I have yet to receive a return phone call. Customer service is poor. There are no appointment reminders, calls are never answered by a live person, and messages are not returned.
The best care and Staff including the Doctors are excellent.10 stars
I'm leaving a second review because I MUST. I will never understand the 2.7 rating for this practice and the negative comments. I have had NOTHING but the absolute best care here. Staff is always so so so kind and compassionate and Dr. Zhou is my Godsend neuro. The first appointment seemed promising but it quickly turned into them being the absolute worst doctors office I have ever had to deal with. They refuse to do anything for you and are impossible to work with and get a hold of, leaving the patient to do the clinics job for them. The nurses and staff have so much attitude who will manipulate you into thinking you’re the problem without taking any ownership for themselves, and will argue with you, when in reality they are lazy and neglectful in their jobs.
