Shan ren zhou is not worthy of being called a doctor it's people like him that give doctors a bad reputation leah frazee is the only good one they got working there and she's not even a doctor she's a nurse practitioner or physician assistant but anyone looking for a actual neurologist don't go to Zhou
I can’t even get in contact with these people. My family member was referred, never got a call from the office to get scheduled. Called multiple times during their stated business hours, greeted with a poorly done recording stating to call back when open, no ability to leave a voice mail. Called today and it just rang and rang before disconnecting. Other reviews make this seem to be expected. We’ll go elsewhere, no one has time for this kind of nonsense.
After my 20-year-old daughter had a seizure, her doctor referred her here. It took more than three weeks to get a return phone call to set up an appointment. Then the appointment was something like 23 days later. They recommended tests, which she did immediately. A month later, we're still waiting for results.
I have nothing but good things to say about the experience I had with Dr. Zhou and his staff at the TriStar facility in Hermitage. After being referred here by my foot doctor, I got an appointment quickly, there was no wait when I arrived, and all the staff members I encountered were pleasant and caring. Dr. Zhou was thorough in his examination and I appreciated his professional demeanor. If I could leave negative stats I would. My primary sent a referral in early July and it took me over a month of calling to finally get scheduled. Whoever is in charge of scheduling has zero sense of urgency, and always answers the phone with an attitude. Maybe if they actually called their patients with referrals to get them scheduled, they wouldn't be so miserable.
