This has been the worst experience with a doctor that I have had to date. I was in the hospital for a stroke and was treated by Dr. Lim. Very nice doctor. But I was told to follow up a week after I was discharged. I call multiple times (lost count) to make an appointment and left messages each time. No one every answers, no one ever calls back. I am a former patient of Dr Zhou's, with a very rare neurological disorder, and at that time I had very little complaints of the office. I also used to work with the staff as we shared an office and never did they seem disorganized! Fast forward 14 years, and now, both my husband & Father-in-law are patients of this office. We cannot get call backs from Dr Zhou's nurse. We struggle getting any kind of information about test results and getting other tests scheduled. I have always liked the people at this office. April is wonderful but I'm out of my medicine and have been unable to get in touch with anyone since last week. The medicine I take can not be stopped cold turkey. I've never had this trouble out of them before. It's very odd!!! Does anyone know what's going on with their phone lines?
Wen through a couple medications for migraines and was told I was out of options for other medications. I'm not a neurologist but I know better than that. So I shaped to vanderbilt neurology where they promptly provided more options and informed me that there are many different avenues I could take
