My annual visit from Myles ("Satch") is always a treat. He keeps our water tasting good and is a delight to converse with. 5 Star service!
I have been dealing with Mid-Tenn water for about thirty years, first with Myles senior, then senior and junior (Satch) and the latter since Myles seniors passing. They have always been real pros to deal with. They installed our treatment equipment in 1997 and Satch has done annual maintenance on it since. It's set up so it's easy for me to do the interim maintenance, changing filters and uv lamps. I definitely recommend them if what you want is great water. Mac Davis
