Very pleased with our 2 visits and multiple purchases. Clay was excellent and spent a lot of time helping us pick out the best mattress. We have bought 2 beds 2 mattress sets and a cabinet. Everything we have bought has held up well. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with mid Tennessee furniture. I started out working with a salesperson named Sylvia and she was great. I had just changed baking institutions and it was going to take 5 to 10 business days for my funds to transfer to my new account. I didn't want to miss out on the Labor Day sale and Sylvia was gracious enough put a couch on hold for me until my funds came through. Love my new piece of furniture!! Silvia was very friendly and helpful, and the delivery was set up for the next day. The delivery crew called me to inform me when they would arrive and everything went smoothly! I will definitely go to Mid Tenn Furniture for my next purchase 😃
