Our experience with Mid-Tenn Alarms has been nothing short of excellent! Our initial appointment wasn't able to be scheduled until a few weeks out; however, we had some basic questions prior to that and they were able to come out to our house and answer those so that we did not have to wait. During this appointment and the demo everything was explained clearly and they were able to answer all of the questions we had.
