I’ve had a few appointments with this practice and the other related ones (Hurstpierpoint, Hassocks) and overall have found the doctors and nurses to be very helpful. I have found it a bit tricky talking to some of the staff at the Hurstpierpoint call centre but I admit my signal and working hours play a massive factor into the challenges I’ve faced in that respect also.
