Had a wonderful experience at Mid-States Hearing Aid. William and Conrad are caring people who help those with hearing loss at an affordable or in some situations no cost solution. We can not express how they have helped us with our hearing loss problem over several years. Thank you both so very much!!
Old phone died, got a new one BUT the link for my hearing aids did not transfer. I went in to Mid-States Hearing Aid Center( where I got the Hearing aids). Bill tried to link for 15min, phone DID NOT COPERATE! Conrad, Bill and Dollys son, jumped right in, determined to get the link. 45 min later, IT WAS LINKED. Excellent service. They take insurance. Hearing aids are great.
Give me a hearing test then tells me he can't sell me hearing aids because something expired. He then tells me Hopefully he'd have his stuff figured out in a week or two.. Absolutely the most unprofessional business I've ever been in in my life. Looks like they run it out of a bedroom. Do yourself a favor and run fast from this place. Find somewhere else. I can't even believe insurance covers something like this, probably why it was expired..
