If you want trash service from this company don't waste your time and money. We have had to haul our trash off for 3 weeks because they say that are waiting on a part for their truck. They could of driven to California to pick up a part a few times in that time. I guess the part they are waiting on is the only one in the United States. Meanwhile they say they are giving credit for missed pickups. Yet they still took out our 3 month fee and won't offer a refund. So do yourself a favor and don't bother with this company. We did issue you credit for every week missed. This credit goes towards the next billing cycle as the one you are talking about closed May 1ST. You have been our customer for since ****all our invoices state that if you cancel your service there will be no refunds. We apologize that our truck like ALL vehicles sometimes have breakdowns and we can not help that some semi truck parts are on back order. We also offered you 3 months free service. We have tried calling as well as our other neighbors who have tried the same. I believe we are on our 4th week without trash pickup, and several other neighbors on the same street at week 5 or 6... Definitely not one to complain usually but being ignored on top of no way of getting service elsewhere really makes things difficult. Would pay more if we could be guaranteed service, but it doesn't seem to matter with this business. I have had bad service. They've picked up my trash once in 7 weeks. They picked up a little over 3 weeks ago after I called and got a person but haven't been back since. Now all I get is a voice message saying the lady in the office was sick and would be back in 2 weeks. Left messages more than once and telephone number. Still no trash pickup, no return call or anything. Never picked up on regular trash day or not at all

To bad there's not any negative stars for rating...have not picked up trash in 3 weeks has been missing pick up several times in past 6 months...bill is always paid call always get machine never a return call to explain what is happening looking now for other trash service it's piss poor customer service when you cannot inform your customers on what's going on if you can't provide services paid for then you need to refund payment for February March and April WILL NO BE REFERRING YOUR COMPANY

Paid but no pickup at 137 Chafin Road Norwood Georgia Has not put picked up in nearly 3 weeks. Bad service for last 6 months
Mid State is the worst trash company that I have ever dealt with. They will not pick up my trash and bill is paid. They will never answer the phone at office and voicemail is full. When someone does answer me back they are rude and tell you that they don't offer refunds. Please don't do business with them.
