The driver was repeatedly leaving my parents' trash can in the middle of their driveway after collecting the trash. My parents are elderly and their mobility is becoming very limited. Everytime they turn into their driveway one of them has to get out and move the can. This becomes dangerous, especially when there is snow and ice not mention they live on a county road with no shoulder to pull over on.
