Very unorganized business. Greedy higher-ups, an honestly just a terrible place to work. My old boss was constantly trying to start drama between all of the shop workers and would talk smack behind everybody's back as well. Pay was terrible. Boss would always make an excuse as to how you were doing something wrong, especially when it was his fault.
