Couldn’t be happier with the work the company did. Called them at 9pm last night and they were here at 6 in the morning to fix our septic issue.. they keep you informed on what is going on so you are not caught off guard, upfront and honest work from them. Incredible customer service, I can’t recommend them enough.
We had our septic tank pumped by Steve, as a way to hopefully fix a slow/gurgling drain in our kitchen sink and main bathroom. He pumped the tank and discovered roots are clogging the intake line to the tank. In two days they'll be able to come back and install a new line to clear up the problem. Very fast response to my initial phone call for help, and same-day service to pump the tank! These guys know what they are doing and are very helpful and professional.
This is a great team. We needed help locating a septic tank and field on a new home and from my first call I experienced nothing but the utmost care and attention. Jameson was prompt to get us scheduled, arrived on time, and was amazing to work with on site. He and Steve did not mind me following around and answered all of my questions with detail and additional advice on proper care and maintenance. Our sump pump was unable to pump the water out so we determined the line was clogged. We ended up calling Mid-State in the evening, having discovered they had a 24/7 service. To our amazement, the call was not only answered by a person, but the owner. We explained the issue and scheduled an appointment. He offered to come out that night but my husband declined. These guys are amazing! We called with an emergency and they arrived the same day. Steve was a HUGE help and pricing was up front. We would definitely recommend them.
