Called asking about septic tank pump out, fella answering phone was polite, and set up appointment for that afternoon. Steve showed up on time, was knowledgeable, friendly, and acted a true professional. Did a great job of both task at hand, explaining how system worked , and answering all my questions thoroughly. Very happy with service and will use again.
Jamison and crew are top notch.Our restaurant had a grease clog in main sewer line,they were booked up but he squeezed us in.Showed up and took care of our problem. I would recommend using them over anyone else very professional and just good people.
Mid State Sewer Service was great to deal with. I called and was quickly speaking to a real person. Jameson helped scheduled my appointment for service and was flexible when I needed to reschedule. AJ was able to arrive earlier than scheduled which was convenient. AJ went through the complete drain service and answered all questions. Great company to work with. Jameson and AJ were excellent.
