Adam of Mid State Property Services has been a long standing vendor of choice for our property management division for multiple years. He offers a wide array of services & has excellent communication skills, both with our team, as well as with our residents. He has always ensured the work is completed to a high standard, as well as in a timely manner.
We had a massive issues with lady bugs and spiders, we got our house sprayed and we have not had any live ones get in the house! He also sprayed our yard for mosquitoes, they were horrible! The kids could not even play in the yard. Since he sprayed we have not gotten any bites at all! Great services for a great price! I would highly recommend them!
Adam did an excellent job eliminating our mosquitos, spiders and most importantly our rodent issue. He paid special attention to where my wife’s chickens and goats were to ensure there was no issues with the animals. I highly recommend his services.
Great value and Adam was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us and why he was doing it. We had hornets all around our house and we were worried about our kids being outside. He eliminated the nest and sprayed preventive stuff on and around our house and we haven't seen any hornets since.
