Easy to communicate with and will explain anything if needed. Great at what he does and very knowledgeable. I have worked with him to remodel multiple units we manage; painting, floor replacements, bathroom repairs, ect. and even have owners that specifically request his turnover work.
Adam is a reliable , knowledgeable, and a skilled contractor. We used him on several projects including apartment turnovers, decks, stairs, painting , and various other projects. He is also skilled in pest control. We really appreciate all his services with all of our properties.
