2 times now MSM has bailed out a competitor company that either left me high and dry or didn't do the work I paid for. Even though I still have 1 more year on a PM contract with this other company...I'm calling Mid-State next time I have a HVAC need. Not only did they respond, they fixed it fast. Thanks MSM!
