Place is a absolute joke from salesmen to movers it was terrible experience here we are 3 months later and im still having to go over the stuff they had done to get it fixed and to finish the job. Terrible experience DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!
I bought land and a mobile home from Mid State Housing! Will was great with explaining every detail in the home buying process! John, provided weekly updates with the clearing of the land, drilling of the well, etc., as well as when the home was delivered and set up on my land! John is so quick to respond back to phone calls, texts message and is always willing to help with any issues I may have! I would highly recommend buying a home from Mid State Housing! They are the best!
Love love love our home! We worked with Elexa and she did an amazing job from day one, they all did. Everyone there dedicates themselves to keeping you updated and informed. They worked by our side making sure we got the home that best suited our family. Even after our house arrived their guys have busted their butt making sure we are completely satisfied with our home and fixing anything we felt might need a minor repair.
