Horrible service. The manager named Mike cant help with anything. Very disrespectful. 3 weeks promised call back and nothing. Call and mike says supervisor and cant help with the file. Don't recommend this company.
I stopped by to get an automobile insurance quote. The receptionist was pleasant, and the person responsible for the quote said she was busy; and would not be available for some time. I completed an application and said that I would wait for a call. It took several days for them to respond to me, so I called the office. Their quote, over the phone, was approximately $300 more than my current insurance. I would have liked to have gotten a written detailed quote for comparison purposes, but I moved on.
