Kind staff, clear communication.
I can't speak for their other providers and Jason is brand new here. But he's the man; takes his time to listen to you and finds you a plan that is based on YOU not his own ego or some know-it-all hush hush attitude like other providers will do. He doesn't boss you around, doesn't belittle you, and the whole experience is patient-led as it should be, it is your body. I've never been this happy with a medical facility. The amount of time they take and the kindness they show with every visit is truly remarkable. I feel really lucky to live near such a wonderful facility and medical care providers!
It takes a long time to get an initial appointment at Mid-State, but I think there's probably not much they can do about that. I like my new doctor a lot - I felt heard and cared about during my appointments and follow-ups. The people who work at the desk and answer the phones were also very helpful and kind. I used to have to drive to Plymouth to get any kind of healthcare, so I'm really happy to have this office right in town.
Mid State should do us a favor & shut down. I was denied any form of sleep aid, called Sir & he was unable to maintain eye contact. I walked out after realizing this guy is not in the business of helping anyone out but rather pushing the paperwork to get paid. I was delayed for years in getting a physical from midstate due to alleged scheduling issues & then they refused a physical & considered it an establishing visit.
