Not the kindest employees, the receptionist yelled at me through the phone because I couldn’t hear due to my double ear infection.. My appointment got cancelled due to the snow a month ago, I have called several times, and still have yet to receive a call back.
Dr.lee, his ENT office, and his surgery staff was top notch! Super friendly to me and my little girl. They played around and talked to her before her surgery. He removed her tonsils and adenoids. He called us right after and let us know all the information and details. We would 100 percent recommend him!
They were very nice. Unfortunately the VA convinced me Vanderbilt was the ace to go and my appointment was canceled. Vanderbilt ENT ruined the entire experience and I will not get my surgery but Midstate was kind and trying to accommodate. I just am at the mercy of the VA and am now going into my 12th year of waiting for someone to take my problems seriously there. Midstate thanks for at least being kind.
