100/10 recommend !!! Our carpets look BRAND NEW !! He was super friendly . Called us to confirm everything including address and what we wanted for the carpets . He was super friendly. We will definitely be using him for our yearly carpet cleanings now . Yall will NOT be disappointed!!

Just had my carpet cleaned today with Mid-State and I am NOT satisfied!! 1. My carpet is saturated with water! The carpet was cleaned 3 hours ago. I expected it to be damp but not completely WET! 2. It also doesn’t appear as if any type of decent cleaning solution was used either! Mild stains on 2 year old carpet are still very visible!
