Just had my carpet cleaned today with Mid-State and I am NOT satisfied!! 1. My carpet is saturated with water! The carpet was cleaned 3 hours ago. I expected it to be damp but not completely WET! 2. It also doesn’t appear as if any type of decent cleaning solution was used either! Mild stains on 2 year old carpet are still very visible! Kirk and David are very friendly, professional and fast! We have two dogs, so our main concern was pet stains & they made the carpets in our house look like new.
