Post updated Disabled Veterans should not be seen here. Everyone was very nice and courteous. They are not professional, nor do you get what you pay for. My "custom" inserts always hurt my feet. I let them know about it this year, I am told that I will receive comfortable, customized inserts when my shoes come in. My shoes come in, and the technician calls me to schedule my pick-up. Then, 2 days before my appointment, I get a call to cancel my appointment. Naturally, I am upset, but I can wait. So two months pass, and I real... read more

Great customer service, I have been going here for years and am always taken care of. This place is clean and never cluttered. Their experienced and familiar with the multitude of shoes they offer. Mid Star Lab will get you taken care of and make sure your shoes and inserts fit and are correct. For veterans with referrals it is a very easy process that doesn't require you to do a bunch of paperwork and they are quick to get you seen once they have received the referral.
I love this place. Amazing staff and they know what they are doing at all times. I highly recommend this place.
