Respect, Integrity, and Compassion. The first 3 listed values on their website. In May 2023, we were shown NONE of these as a family. We were bullied, stalked in the ICU at Regional 1 and threatened with legal action because this service's representatives did not want to respect our donation wishes. After threatening an injunction and forcing an administrator out of bed at 3 am, our wishes were respected. This is NOT how you treat families.
lack of communication with funeral home when needed most. They do NOT need to use Mid South Mortuary as a recover place. I suggest an overhaul of procedures. Very disturbing for funeral homes and families.
