Truckers.... don't let the "no 18 wheelers" sign fool ya. It's the only way into the yard to deliver poles. The person that put the sign there should be fired.
This company really needs to be investigated for price gouging...the bill is on a pay as you go...there was a electric fire at this property an meter was removed...yet the electric bill is continuously rising and fluctuating...from $1.08 $4.95 now its almost $90.00 without a meter...talk about kicking when you're down...illegal...
Employees do not understand how billing and payments work and frequently apply payments incorrectly and give bad accounting discussions.
This is a horrible company and expensive glad I live back in entergy texas area mid south blew out my ac unit and 2 tvs with there rolling power surges in the summer time at late night my fans in my rooms whould fluctuate!!!!!!! In a small storm the lights go on and off!!!!! Now that I'm back on the energy texas grid this crap does not happen
I just have to say I appreciate ya'll so much! I called today about my power surging, and ya'll got a guy to me fast! He found the problem, ( I needed an electrician) which the guy helped me with finding, and stayed and made sure my son and I didn’t have to go without power! I didn’t catch his name but a BIG THANK YOU! To him!
