Let me just take a moment to brag, I had a very pleasant experience at my aunts recent appointment. From the moment we walked in, the staff were all welcoming, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and we didn’t have to wait long before being seen. The doctor was excellent, and I really appreciated his approach. That said, his assistant was a bit clumsy, and she forgot to send my prescription, which is why I had to call the office later. I was put on hold for 40 minutes, and no one picked up even after that. Had to call the following day, and finally, someone picked up and processed the prescription. I wish the people working there paid closer attention to patients, I was struggling without the medication and there was nothing I could do but wait until someone finally ... read more
