UPDATE: I wanted to update my review because once again this team reminded me why I've trusted them for so many years. I recently returned to restart treatment for my narcolepsy, and after a lot of unexpected twists, Polly (Dr. Wise's nurse) stepped in and completely put my mind at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the process, answer every question, and make sure I understood what to expect moving forward. I'm a disabled veteran. They set my appointment to right before my monthly funds arrive and then refused to bill me for a 19 dollar copay even though I have insurance. I was set to see Dr Andrews. I don't recommend this place . No compassion or respect
Very hard to reach anyone on the physicians team. Have to make multiple calls to get anyone to call back. Thirty minute wait in waiting room, pretty much expected that and no problem w that, however waited in patient room for 1.75 hrs. Yes almost 2 hours!! All I was waiting for was for Dr. Williams to verify results of my CT scan, which I easily found in the patient portal several days before. He was in room no less than 3minutes. Dr Aguillard’s assistant does not return your phone message within 24 hours as she promises to do. Yet her message still asks you not to leave multiple messages as it will delay your return call. Several times during the year ive had cpap and dealt with this office my phone call messages were never returned requiring me to make several phone calls until she answered instead of the answering machine. Not good. Very frustrating and unprofessional way of taking care of patient messages.
I just want to take a moment to say thank you so much! This drs office , they truely do care about their patients!! They helped my dad with his sleep apnea and narcolepsy. Huge shout out to Kelsie on the 7th floor, who was friendly, caring , and understanding with me care for my dad. He has been having a hard time finding the right medical team to help him.
