Let me just take a moment to brag, I had a very pleasant experience at my aunts recent appointment. From the moment we walked in, the staff were all welcoming, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and we didn’t have to wait long before being seen. The doctor was excellent, and I really appreciated his approach. That said, his assistant was a bit clumsy, and she forgot to send my prescription, which is why I had to call the office later. I was put on hold for 40 minutes, and no one picked up even after that. Had to call the following day, and finally, someone picked up and processed the prescription. This place is awful. They don’t return calls after leaving voicemails. I had an appointment over a month ago and have been trying to get in touch with someone and they refuse to return calls. Why have a voicemail set up and instruct patients to leave one but you don’t call them back. It’s insane to me. I don’t live in Memphis. I shouldn’t have to drive out of my way to physically come to the building for something that can be handled over the phone. Turns out, I have severe OSA (found by a different office), but when I went here around 6 months ago for a sleep study, I was explained by the doctor that I had “narcolepsy” despite significant oxygen level drops during the night and waking up with a dry throat. I even voiced my concerns with him, but he just brushed them off and focused on “psychiatric” causes rather than airway-related. This place is so dismissive of your concerns.
