They came to fix a leak on the outside faucet. They said it was fixed and left. By the end of the day, our dining room was flooded. They came back out that night to repair. They had to cut a hole in the wall to fix. The indoor leak was caused by something they did outside and they admitted that. They said they would come back and fix the hole but never did….it’s been over a year. I sent them a bill for the cleaning of the drapes that got wet, but they ignored it.
