They came to fix a leak on the outside faucet. They said it was fixed and left. By the end of the day, our dining room was flooded. They came back out that night to repair. They had to cut a hole in the wall to fix. The indoor leak was caused by something they did outside and they admitted that. They said they would come back and fix the hole but never did….it’s been over a year. I sent them a bill for the cleaning of the drapes that got wet, but they ignored it. Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate.
