I don’t typically leave one star reviews… but this one was asking for it. I dropped my pontoon off with Mid-South marine 6 weeks ago. For a TUNE UP and spark plug replacement. They told me over the phone and IN PERSON that this process would be done in about 2 WEEKS! As the second week rolled around. I had not received a diag, invoice, email, call - nothing I figure their busy and keep going about my business I call on the 4th week No response Call again, they answer and tell me they haven’t even started and that they need t... read more
