I've dealt with Mid South on a few past occasions. This time was a little frustrating for me. When I made the appointment, I asked for a time window. It's bad when you wait at home all day for a company when you don't know what time they're coming over. The young lady who booked the appointment told me between 8a until 9a. Perfect. Mid-South Irrigation has very quickly solved several of our sprinkler system issues in the past couple of weeks, and we could not be happier! Their service technicians are top notch and everything they undertake goes smoothly and works perfectly after completion. We also like the responsiveness of their office team when we text them (our preferred method of communication). The entire team is awesome!

Easy to schedule an appointment and always on time or early. Replaced a broken rotor in just a few minutes. Nice job checking everything else out.

I called to have my irrigation turned on and an annual back-flow test. When I called to book the appointment I was quoted $165.00 for a turn on a back-flow test. The day of the appointment, the irrigation technician showed up, and turned on our water. He went through zone one and within 3 to 5 minutes told me the valve was stuck open and needed to be replaced. There was no diagnosis and no other zones were tested.
