Edward came to fix a problem where some other craftsmen had dug up an area and damaged a zone of our sprinklers. You could not have a better representative of Mid South Irrigation. He is super knowledgeable and skilled at diagnosing and repairing our Rain Bird system. You are fortunate to have Edward working for you, and I noticed his professionalism and appreciate the company and service you provide.
They fixed my sprinkler system in a timely matter and actually charged me less after finding out the problem wasn’t as severe.

The installers were very good to work with. They also cleaned up and made the yard look nice when they were finished. The system is working beautifully.
Great service, prompt communication, and fair pricing. Service technician got stuck at a job and the manager left the office and attended to my problem. Great Customer service. 10/10 recommend.
