Excellent service. Matthew serviced both A/C units and repaired a wire issue. I highly recommend. Very prompt and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
Had a wonderful experience with Mid-South! Our unit went out randomly during 90°+ temperatures, they were able to send a technician out the same day within a few hours. I spoke with Brooklynn at the front desk, and she was able to line everything up promptly, and even made some suggestions to sign up for their membership to save some money overall in the long run. A big thank you to mid south. We were not customers of them. We used Bain in Heflin for 16 years. Had an issue yesterday after they had supposedly fixed 6 weeks ago. We had to take our daughter to the hospital yesterday to uab hospital return home with a very sick child. Air not working. Called Bain at 3 Told they would put us on the list. Talked to JOHN told him issues. Kind hearted gentleman told me to raise widow put fan in them. My first experience with your company was with a young man by the name of Matthew. He was punctual, professional, confident and easy to work with. In within minutes of being here, it was obvious that he knew what he doing.. He had given me a courtesy call to let me know that he was on the way and was here shortly. After a while, he had assess the problems and offered several solutions to my problem.
