Echoing the prior review, the shop is a dump. Trash, actual trash, is strewn out all over the place. It looks like a hoarder's basement. It's poorly organized and dirty. I wish Memphis had anything else to offer gamers, because almost anything would be better.
I don't write reviews often and I certainly do not give low ratings but there is always a first. I visited this store some years back and wow it was fantastic. Went there a few weeks ago when I was in Memphis. I was very excited and drove a good bit out of my way to visit and ... well .. what a let down. The store is not organized very well, trash out for sale up front (literally trash), junk all over the place, no organization to speak of, no one spoke to me, not a single word. I went in to buy two good rc items for my son. Trashing boxes and surfing the net were more important than service. I wanted to like this place. Lots of great stuff.
I called one day about my lionel train and they said train guy would be their fri we went fri he helped me with it and shared a lot of info and didn't even charge me he was very nice thanks a bunch
Great a Hobbie shop with just about any hobby I could think of & many I was unaware of. Christmas shopping for a fun gift for a friend is awesome here.
Well I don't feel that they were helpful I was ther trying to purchase RC no one really tried to say nor help me so maybe they thought my kind can't afford them but I have several newer model Electric and nitro so I prayed that wasn't the problem may try you guys again when I'm in Memphis but they have a whole lot of things
Best place ever if you don't have a Hobbie go there and you will they have everything and have great staff great prices too!!
