I’m requesting repair of defects in the HVAC system your company installed at my home. I’ve contacted you multiple times by phone, office visits and email regarding ongoing issues, including condensation and ductwork concerns, and have provided photos, but I haven’t received a response. This company gets a five-star rating from me. With the cold weather set to hit, my heater died. I called out two companies in town to have a look. The first company, to its credit, showed up within an hour early Monday morning. They spent all of about 10 minutes in the attic and said that I needed a new blower motor and furnace. They are known to be the most expensive in town so you can imagine what the quote looked like. Mid-South showed up a little later that morning and also concluded the blower motor was the issue. Called them because air conditioning unit not coming on. Repair man cam and said he fixed it but did not. Inside unit running hot air, outside unit not coming on at all. Called to get someone back but no one will return my calls and no one will come fix the unit. He charged me 238.00 dollars, and knew it was not working when he left. It is very hot outside, I am a senior citizen and female, I guess I was an easy target.
