I had a very poor overall experience at the Kirby Whitten location. My first visit was with a nurse practitioner who was dismissive and scheduled me for a throat scope. The procedure itself was at a different facility that was run well and easy to navigate. However, after the procedure, they told me I needed a colonoscopy — which could have been done at the same time — and later diagnosed me with a type of bacteria but never told me just handed me a pamphlet when I woke up. If I could give a zero rating or below I would! These people do not care!I have been calling for over a month, going back and forth for an appointment ! Finally , made an appointment online. Next, I requested blood work lab to be mailed; they said okay. Almost 3 weeks went by and nothing. Lastly, I have been trying to get lab orders faxed and repeatedly gave the fax number . The wait is extremely long my app was at 9:45 got her 10 mins early I did all paperwork online and paid Co pay before I got there I thought this would make everything go by faster I did get call back until and hour later got to the room the triage was quick did I add there was only 3 Patience in the off at the time I’m in the room waiting for the doctor mind you they put me in a room at 10:30 it’s now 11:30 and still no doctor this is sad
Absolutely awful. I had been turned away due to the lack of communication that my daughter wasn’t allowed to join me. Then with my extremely scary & rare condition, I had to wait to get back in. Once I did, there was no urgency for my serious condition. I never heard about my lab results, and after calling the office multiple times, no one truly seems to care. They have awful communication as well as patient empathy. I truly am scarred from the experience I had here.
Awful experience! Poor communication at this office. I have to call in to make sure my appointment is today. No reminder was sent. And then they tell me that they won’t see me because I brought a child into the clinic. Which was also not communicated to me. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks to get updates on my test results.
