Surgeons are fine on the other staff plays around too much talks about people doesn't wanna direct calls is continuously laughing while patients in waiting room continuously laughs while people are having i.v s stuck in them for surgery . Doesn't explain anything after surgery and it takes a tooth and a nail to get someone on the phone to get your results it's not hard to make a simple phone call to a patient . I went to the Monroe location for a procedure and EVERYONE was so nice and attentive from the front desk staff to the nurse who called me to the back and the procedure room staff and recovery room staff They all made me feel relaxed and seemed very caring I would highly recommend this location
