HORRIBLE
I have had a problem with refrigerator that has been going since May six service calls and still have the problem What is Sears going to do. It appears nothing . Poor service
Well this GE Washer is a Lemon. After fixing it in 2017 ( took the poor repair guy 4 visits) we started having problems with it in March of 2018. March service call was just a guy coming to tell us he cant find a problem even though we had the noise proof on our cell phones. May Service call was for the exact same thing...but this time the guy said he would put in a Lemon order to get us a new washer because it would be too costly to fix the washer. Still waiting for the service guys to come when they say they are coming. The delays are making it not worth the service since I have to pay for laundry for all the time they take to finish the job they started! Not happy to say the least (their customer service could care less).
RecommendedGreat service and pleasant technicians. Had to order part so it took two trips but am completely satisfied at this time.
Gary, the repairman was very courteous and professional. He did a great job fixing the washer and doing a preventive maintenance to both the washer and the dryer.
