I’ve used this place several times, but today was not a good experience. I called and asked for a part, whoever I spoke with said they had two. An hour later I show up and am ignored by two men at the counter. A third guy shows up and after bit asks how he can help. I tell him what I need, he looks it up and goes to the back. He said they didn’t have any but could order it for me. I can do that on Amazon and save money! I specifically drove over there because I was told they had what I needed. This is usually my A/C and appliance store parts.
If you purchase a part, and 2 days later it fails, you can not return the item with the receipt, if you have opened the package. FYI
