We've had Mid South Digital on our printers for over a year and what a difference from our old vendor! They're there when you need them and have the best price we can find. We are really saving money on their managed print plan. The employee time spent has been cut in less than half and we don't even include that cost in our savings. Thanks Mid South Digital for all your help! Keep it up!

What can I say about these guys? Professional. Courteous. Timely. Prompt. They get to the point, don't beat around the bush. They tell you what their recommendation is and will work around what you think will work best. I told them I needed about 30 printers networked for our office, and they obliged, giving me the best deal I could find. I cannot say enough positive things about these guys. I would call them first before anybody else in the Memphis area. They will treat you right.

If I could describe the technicians here in one word, it would have to be "professional". I've dealt with printer techs and copier techs throughout the state of Tennessee, and Mid South's technicians were as professional as I could hope. They were on time, proficient, timely, and were also very courteous. I would recommend them to anybody, really.

I did business with MSD for a few years and was reasonably happy with them. A few weeks ago my MSD sourced copier failed. A tech was sent out, but was unable to fix it. He took the copier and left us with a loaner while our copier was diagnosed. A few days later we got an estimate that far exceeded the value of the copier. As such, we asked for a quote for a new machine.
