This has to be the most unprofessional dentist I've ever seen in my entire life. I have been trying to get an appointment scheduled for my father for 3 months now he had one and then had to have some clearance from a doctor. I have been telling them how important this appointment is because he has to have to heart surgery very soon he has a 100% blockage in one valve 85% blockage in the other and a 75% blockage in his heart he needs his surgery ASAP They could honestly care less. They were very rude to me and mean, and they are making it seem like it was my fault for not getting there to my appointment because I really tried my best to find a ride, but then they have gone and pushed it to April 29th like I can’t wait that long because I need to get my wisdom teeth out now because it hurts really bad, and plus they act like they don’t care about how much you tried. Honestly, that’s why I’m changing my surgeon because that is ridiculous.
I had a really great experience with Dr Keith Taylor, his staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend him.
