They were very rude to me and mean, and they are making it seem like it was my fault for not getting there to my appointment because I really tried my best to find a ride, but then they have gone and pushed it to April 29th like I can’t wait that long because I need to get my wisdom teeth out now because it hurts really bad, and plus they act like they don’t care about how much you tried. Honestly, that’s why I’m changing my surgeon because that is ridiculous.
I had a really great experience with Dr Keith Taylor, his staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend him.
I have had extractions in the past and suffered thru the pain for a couple of weeks during the healing. This time though, let me tell ya, after 3 regular extractions on one side lower, and 1 impacted wisdom tooth extraction on the other side lower, I went from constant pain for 2 months to ZERO pain. IMMEDIATELY, and since the mid July procedure, I have had NO pain after the procedure. Amazing. I would say that I'd do it again, but......Thank you SO much Dr. Taylor. You're one cool dude.
Excellent experience. It is a very welcoming environment and Dr Taylor does excellent work. He took the time to explain in detail about the proposed procedure and which made my decision to get it easier.
Dr. Taylor and the entire team/staff are incredible. I had my wisdom teeth removed in February 2013 and had a tooth removed with roots in the sinus cavity(July 2025). Both times have been flawless. You’re treated and cared as a person and not just a number.
