2 weeks for appraisal is too long, the lady on the phone when I called also was rude.
RUDEST PERSON EVER. As a business owner, I cannot fathom how Terry Hooper’s behavior has effected this company! She is smug, arrogant, and totally unprofessional. Having to welcome someone with this kind of sour energy and attitude into your home is beyond uncomfortable. She refuses to follow a re-inspection order from the loan originator, requested within 48 hours of her initial visit, in order to delay the process and gouge the client (Mutual of Omaha). This company was chosen through my mortgage company. When I received my appraisal which included land that was not mine after telling them that it shouldn't be included with the 3.5 acres added, a 2 bay shop and barn the appraisal was only $40K more that my original appraisal 6 months prior and after remodeling the entire interior of my home. They sent trainees out to do the appraisal. I feel this company was very unfair and a waste of money!
