I went in for a fasting ultrasound scheduled for the afternoon. I hadn’t eaten or drank anything for 24 hours prior, and had a splitting headache. When I got there, there was no one waiting. As I waited, other people began showing up. To my dismay, they were all being called in before me. I realize there are different imaging types, but four people arriving after me were taken in before. Been going to rogue imaging for years. Love it!! I always get treated with kindness quick service and reasonable prices. I had an xray and an CT today the young lady was very Professional and accommodating. Thank you mid rogue imaging for all you do to make it affordable for us in The Valley to get your services!
Went in for an ultra sound. The woman was completely unprofessional and put me down for being disabled. I could not straighten my leg fully- she immediately said we can’t do the scan. But then she put the wand on my belly, harshly...even though I was in pain and refused to go any further because my bladder was not full enough for her. Although she could point out a cyst on my ovary but then told me she could not diagnose me and immediately remove the wand. If you need an MRI, this is a Great facility. Staff was friendly and efficient. No waiting time. Clean office and imaging area.
