Very Pleased Dr Patrick Morris is the Oral Surgeon and he is awesome. I had a previous experience with another oral surgeon that left me scared to ever go to the dentist!! I told Dr Morris about this and he made sure that I had a positive experience this time. All I can say is that I felt no pain!! Nor am I apprehensive any longer about going to the dentist.
good dental care at this office This group of dentists are very good at making you feel comfortable during your visits. They can play music or have you watch tv. The dentist stays up on all of the latest treatments and has made our visits alot more comfortable and less painful. I have recommended them before and everyone has been thrilled with their visits. Really Bad Billing Problems The dentist office billing is either terrible or designed to cheat you out of money. They over billed by $300 for a crown and did not correct the mistake until the I brought the insurance company statement in and had a chat a couple weeks later. This over billing has happened 3 times. If you have a non-profitable insurance co plan they charge a $20 fee to clean dental instruments and latex gloves etc. For the kids appointment the refused to do the yearly check up x-rays after giving me the choice ... read more
Shannon tHESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ESPECIALLY ELLEN DEVOSS. I HAD A PAYMENT PLAN WORKED OUT WITH THEM FOR AN OUTSTANDING BILL AND WAS PAYING EVERYTHING ON TIME AS AGREED. THE LAST FEW CHECKS I SENT IN WERE NOT CASHED FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AND THEY STOPPED SENDING ME BILLS THREE MONTHS AGO. ON JUNE 1ST I GOT A LETTER DATED MARCH 24TH TELLING ME THE REST OF MY BALANCE WAS DUE BY JUNE 15TH OR THEY WERE SENDING ME TO COLLECTIONS.
