Melvins is the only place that has things that i need.Like the inserts that go on my squirrel holder.They have wind chimes very reasonable.Bird houses etc.These are things that you can't find at Walmart.I would rather give my business to Melvins than anywhere else because if they don't have something you want they will try to order it and Butch and. Aaron and the girls are so nice and helpful.You won't find that at Walmart. Barbara Tucker
When I can't find something anywhere else, I go to Melvin's and they almost always have what I'm looking for! Now, I go there first. Absolutely incredible selection of merchandise - helpful employees - they even ship UPS packages! And, it's like walking back in time - the way shopping was in the 50's before the BIG BOX stores arrived. SHOP LOCAL AND KEEP MELVIN'S IN RANDLEMAN!!!!!

How would you like walking through the door and 98 percent of the time being personally greeted by an employee who knows what he's talking about and asks you how he can help you? That's what happens at Stanley's hardware on Ridge Avenue in Roxborough. The store was recently rebuilt and enlarged. They have every kind of hardware item you need. I LOVE THIS STORE,it has everything I need from the cheapest cigarettes to unusual hard to find items.My latest purchase was a new pocket book that is great.
This store is great, the employees are so helpful and nice. They have so much inventory its just a really nice feed store.
