Extremely helpful. Always pleasant!
Poor customer service, unwilling to help me out when I previously had an account with them. They want charge you $3 a day if your account is negative, won't mail out the notices until 10 days later so do the Matt. Will not use mid Penn bank again, sticking with a credit union who values actually their customers.
The only good thing is with so many better banks in central PA nobody is ever in this bank.
