The only way you can get a money order is if you open an account with them, even if you have cash. The staff was very dismissive and arrogant about not being able to help me.

I opened a business checking account here based on bad information from two separate employees. After realizing that the account was not going to meet my needs, and after receiving incorrect information from a third employee, I closed my account. I decided to try this bank because they participated in Zelle, and I wanted to support a local business. This is not the bank to do business with. I was racial profiled . Then I received a call from the branch saying my account was close because the cleaning company that I received my checks from was a dispensary. I asked why after 30 day of cashing my checks did they attempt to research my checks they said to talk to the security team , I did jus that and was told the branch lied as far as the dispensary but they was closing it do to me buying food using my card.
