I brought in my niece to set up a bank account for her. Everybody there was so nice! Shout out to Lisa helped us set up the account and educated her about online security.
The online banking system sucks!! The app sucks!! You can’t access your money or get help outside of business hours when their system doesn’t work, which is often! Nice people at this branch, but I’m beyond sick of the shitty technology this bank uses and not having access to my accounts!
