The online banking system sucks!! The app sucks!! You can’t access your money or get help outside of business hours when their system doesn’t work, which is often! Nice people at this branch, but I’m beyond sick of the shitty technology this bank uses and not having access to my accounts!
I had a great experience working with Chad at the Sisters branch of Mid Oregon Credit Union. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Chad made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and his customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend Mid Oregon Credit Union and appreciate the excellent service Chad provided.

I cannot say enough nice things about these people. From the minute I walked in, I was taken care of, treated with respect and warmth. Big shout out to Chad! He walked me through all of their different products and helped me get an account set up. He really met me where I was at financially and helped me game-plan for the future. I can't tell you how much it means to feel like I have someone in my corner when it comes to finances. Love love love this place.
