Absolutely terrible customer service. The service department at this dealership is extremely rude and has no idea how to behave properly with customers. One of the ladies working there is always busy doing other things instead of focusing on the client, and her attitude is completely unacceptable. I am highly disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone. Mid Truck Ontario parts are much more expensive compared to other dealerships. Always make sure to shop around before buying any part from here."

“SCAM ALERT”Please dont get yourself into trouble by buying trucks from them. Very bad experience from them. We bought 5 brand new VOLVO trucks & each of them start having issues. They never fixed the issues always do temporary fix up and paid so much money on road services. They will keep doing this until you ran out of warranty after that they will charge you alot and still not able to fix the issue. How can you trust them. Please save yourself a fortune just by not coming to them.
Very disappointed with Mid Ontario Volvo. Instead of diagnosing the root cause, they kept updating the software as a temporary fix. After the warranty expired, they wanted thousands of dollars for parts. This problem should have been resolved while the truck was under warranty.
