Very poor service. The technician spent over 6 hours and still couldn’t figure out a basic fan circuit issue. In the end, nothing was fixed, yet I was still asked to pay for it. This is not acceptable. Customers should not be charged for wasted time due to lack of skills. Completely disappointed. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone
We spent hours trying to fix a fan but couldn't find the problem. They even charged us over a thousand! The repairmen here have no skills whatsoever; they're just ripping people off. I'll never come here again. I will never come here again.
Took them 7 days to safety a 1 year old truck with 75,000kms on it. Guys, some people’s livelihood rely on getting back on the road. I made an appointment a week before hand to specifically avoid this.
