Avoid this place at all cost, they sold our truck repair shop the wrong part and then after a day spent in traffic they sold me the wrong part aswell. The parts team was completely disinterested which was apparent from their nonchalant behavior; they simply passed the blame down the line. I'm convinced no accountability will be had; despite all the stress and troubles caused.
Wouldn’t share part numbers for a fuel filter so i drove 1.5 hour round trip to buy them from vision in brampton just in spite. If your policy is no parts numbers than our policy is no business with Ajax mid ontario.

Worst place ever we experienced. My husband took his truck to this place ,they overcharged him from $1500 to $3000 and the day he went to pick up his truck the guy asked him to pay $6000 while arguing with my husband the guy whose name is Mandeep called the cops on my husband and closed the dealership door leaving my husband outside for 4 hours on minus 10 degree.this dealership just care about money nothing else .
