since dr choban left . I had 3 visits and they didn't update my information , cancelled a appointment never called. mixed up prescription . gave dr miss information. really went down hill.
Prepare to wait at least 2 hours. I have waited 3 hours on several occasions. The office staff is very rude and have made several errors concerning appointments and communication.
I have had nothing but horrible service from the staff at Mid Ohio. The receptionist are rude and the office manager is even worse. The lack of communication between the staff members is horrible as well as the lack of management from the so called office manager. I have had nothing but issues since the first appointment I had. It's too bad, because the doctors are excellent. They are so horrible I ended up changing doctors.
