My wife and I showed up at 0700 for a 0715 appointment. A nurse who was supposed to show up at 0600 didn't make it in until 0700. The lobby was very small and was standing room only. My wife is type 1 diabetic and because her sugar levels should be a priority she should have had an early appointment. My wife was finally seen at 1107 for her procedure. While waiting for her I noticed a couple that arrived well after us was leaving. I asked out of curiosity what time was their appointment scheduled. They stated 0800. This plac... read more
Great customer service. Good and compassionate care provided here. Physician and nurses have very good bedside manners. Would highly recommend this center.
