I’ve called at least twice within five days of each other to get a refill on medication The medical assistant never called me back even after I spoke to the front desk. Said she would make sure the nurse called me back or the medical assistant no one has. I’ll try a third time on Monday

Similar to the other review. Reception was pretty unfriendly to a couple people in the waiting room. The office sometimes gets back to you right away, sometimes never does. I saw them in October, it's now May - I am still asking questions on how to proceed. I wish I could find a doctor's office with a high rating. I just don't know what's happening to this industry. It's becoming born terrible and untrustworthy.
Worst experience at a medical facility ever. The receptionist Julie was very rude and misinformed. I have seizures and my case was urgent. I am a veteran and I was told to bring my VA card and ID only. Yet when I get there they denied me saying they don’t accept VA and that I needed to bring proof of insurance. These appointments are schedualed 3 months in advance. After being treated very rudely and embarrassed by the ordeal she called me on my way home saying she “didn’t know my case was urgent and they do accept VA cards”... read more
