Jenn is a great counselor love the vibe been with her for a couple years now ! I do recommend in person tho for anyone doing counseling because you feel much better after sessions than you do online my opinion lol anyway love ya Jenn
I do not recommend speaking with Liz. During my conversation, she made insensitive remarks and created an environment that felt unsafe and discriminatory. Instead of providing support, I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. Mental health care should be a safe space for everyone, regardless if you’re able to relate or not! Do not see Roxanne knepp or request another counselor for intake. Juvenile immature, unprofessional. complete lack of sensitivity and professionalism, acts like a teenager constantly looking for problems that aren’t there. Could not explain basic confidentiality, laughs inappropriately. No. Receptionists are polite. Unfortunately doesn’t make up for the service.
Therapist Jen is great, love her. Reception workers are questionable.
