I do not recommend speaking with Liz. During my conversation, she made insensitive remarks and created an environment that felt unsafe and discriminatory. Instead of providing support, I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. Mental health care should be a safe space for everyone, regardless if you’re able to relate or not! Do not see Roxanne knepp or request another counselor for intake. Juvenile immature, unprofessional. complete lack of sensitivity and professionalism, acts like a teenager constantly looking for problems that aren’t there. Could not explain basic confidentiality, laughs inappropriately. No. Receptionists are polite. Unfortunately doesn’t make up for the service.
Therapist Jen is great, love her. Reception workers are questionable.

The company hired me for the position of care coordinator. However, three days later I am let go. They do not know how to train nor do they know how to Teach new employees. They don’t want to take the time to actually go in death and take time to train instead they want to throw a case on you. They are not Respectful to people in general. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
