They changed way too much!! I live alone in a Mobile home. I don’t understand why my bill is 185 dollars a month! When i lived in a 3 bedroom house with Ohio Edson has my Provider. My bill was only 75 dollars a month. I understand it brings a little higher in the summer because of the ac. But it should not be this high in the winter.
So happy and thankful to be under this electric company. I hear the horror stories from so many ohio edison and aep customers. Thats why I am so thankful for mid ohio energy. Love how they give back to the community through the youth washington dc trips. They have awesome customer service and are very knowledgeable. Brandi is the best. Thank you so much!!!
Awesome electric company. Phones are always answered. Customer service is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Power outages are always fixed in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the rates.
