My Dr referred me to this office. I've been trying to call to make an appointment. They answer the phone "mid Ohio digestive disease associates please hold" and thats it. I've called 6 times this week, everytime I get the same response. I left my phone on hold and left to run an errand. When I got home it had been on hold 37 minutes. It's nice to know if I should have a problem I can't get ahold of my Dr. Unexceptable !
