Account was paid in full when they were in Bucyrus now I get a call from collections for $107.00 How disappointing every time you go to Chiropractic they try to sell you something that’s why I really like going to Dr. Black. He is retired. I will never step foot in Mid Ohio chiropractor due to them taking $100 bill to collections when it was paid in full at the last visit
Dr Lok has always been great with the care she has given me. Keeps me going with no pain. My overall health is so much better.
Will not be going back . Left a needle in my foot . When I went back to see her shamed me for having pain that she induced . Maybe not be so hurried with your patient .
Absolutely the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. Dr Betty Lok is sweet and caring. She really cares about helping you get out of pain and they have a lot of different options to help you get relief fast. I have trusted her with my infant since the day he was born. She is patient and adjust you like she would her family; you know you’re well cared for. It’s always a great “family feel” environment; where they know you by name. I recommend her to anyone complaining about back pain!
