I have been a long-time customer of Mid Ohio Strategic Technologies and absolutely love them. They have taken very good care of me at both of my places of employment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Tim and Paula are superstars. Their tech team is very knowledgeable and nice. The customer service is a 10 out of 10.

Mid Ohio Strategic Technologies has been so easy to work with. I called them one day after receiving a quote from another local company and honestly, I chose to work with them based off my interactions with Jacob alone. He was patient, kind, helpful, and very informative. Since we're a title company, we needed a solution quickly and Jacob was able to set us up with a new printer set up within a week timeline (took this long because we took a couple of days to decide what model to go with). Our church has been with this company over 10 years. Great personable relationship with every department that I've had the pleasure of working with. Great receptionist, sales , service techs. Service calls are outstanding and timely. I highly recommend this company for your technology needs.
