Very easy to work with. They are always in contact with us to make sure our copier is meeting our needs, if we need service it is quick and easy. When our lease is up they make sure we get a new machine in a timely manner and they do training so we know how it operates and do not miss out on the features the machine provides. They make this one less thing we have to worry about in our daily work life.
Mid Ohio Strategic Technologies has consistently been a great company to work with for our church. Their customer service is wonderful and service requests are always handled quickly and professionally. We have been very pleased with their support over the years.
